This program applies to the following pet industry professionnals:

1. Dog Trainers – Certified dog trainers specializing in obedience, agility, or behavior correction.
2. Canine Behaviorists – Professionals who work with complex behavioral issues in dogs.
3. Veterinarians
4. Veterinary Technicians 
5. Dog Sports Coaches – Trainers for activities like flyball, dock diving, or skijoring.
6. Rescue Employees – Individuals working in shelters or foster care who handle dogs regularly.
7. Search and Rescue Handlers – Professionals working with dogs in outdoor and emergency environments.
8. Dog Show Handlers – Professionals managing dogs during competitions.
9. K9 Unit Handlers – Law enforcement or security professionals using dogs in their work.

If you are in the categories below, you are not eligible for the Pro Program. However, you can apply for the DogGo Care Club! It is designed for anyone passionate about providing exceptional care to dogs. Please apply using the form below.

• Dog Walkers – Individuals or businesses offering dog walking services.
• Dog Sitters – Professionals providing in-home pet care services.
• Daycare Providers – Owners or staff at dog daycare facilities.
  Both programs are a privilege for approved applicants. Failure to comply with any of the following conditions may result in the cancellation of their membership at anytime. Both programs are by application, not guaranteed and can be cancelled at any time.

Once accepted into a program, you accept that:

• Products can only be purchased for yourself and your dog.
• Please be discreet and do not divulge the discount provided online or in public.
• Do not resell products.
• Orders through the Pro Program are not eligible for Free Shipping.
• Products cannot be purchased in bulk for organizations within both programs (if you would like bulk pricing, please contact us directly).
