Free Shipping within Canada

We offer free shipping on all orders with a subtotal over $100 CAD. For orders with a subtotal of less than $100 CAD, we offer a standard shipping fee of $9.99 CAD for orders at or below 500g, and $18.95 CAD for orders above 500g. 

Free Shipping to the United States

We offer free shipping on all orders with a subtotal over $75 USD. For orders with a subtotal of less than $75 USD, we offer a standard shipping fee of $9.99 USD for orders at or below 500g, and $15.95 USD for orders above 500g. 

International Shipping

For now, we are focused on growing our brand and building our community within Canada and the United States, and as such we are unable to offer additional international shipping options. As we grow our business we have big plans of expanding in the near future. Stay tuned!

Refused Shipments

We do our best to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that your box arrives in a damaged condition, please accept the delivery and contact support@doggoproducts.com so that we can assist you with your order as needed. Please note that if you refuse your order, or any part of it without authorization, you will be responsible for all shipping charges.
