Returns

General Returns

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your DogGo gear, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at support@doggoproducts.com

If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that returning items for a refund to your initial payment method will incur a $7.00 CAD charge for a return shipping label. For any additional return questions, you can always contact us at support@doggoproducts.com.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at support@doggoproducts.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received an incorrect item. 

Excluded Damage (User‐Caused or Use‑Related)

Damage resulting from misuse, negligence, accident, or normal wear and tear is not eligible for return, repair, or exchange. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Biting, chewing, or tearing of webbing, straps, hardware, or other components caused by the pet or user.
  • Damage caused during walks or outdoor use.

All returned items will undergo a brief inspection. Claims for exchange or refund may be declined when damage is determined to be due to improper use, chewing, or pet-caused damage.

We do cover defects in workmanship or materials under normal, proper use. If your product fails under reasonable conditions and you followed care instructions (e.g. hand washing, air‑drying), please contact us for assistance.

Exchanges

Since we are a small business, we do not currently offer exchanges without the returned item in-hand. You can return the item you have, and once the return is accepted you make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@doggoproducts.com.
